SHIPPING POLICY

Following are the terms and conditions of our Shipping Policy: Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 12-15 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been received. You will receive an email containing Order tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

KFR TRADERS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

RETURN POLICY

Before shipping, a product is always well monitored and checked as customer satisfaction is important for us. But in case of Return, certain aspects need to be taken care of.

RETURNABLE ARTICLES

• Incorrect product received by the customer.

• Defective Products.

• The jacket must be returned in the original packing.

• The condition of the jacket should be as good as new with tags attached.

NON RETURNABLE ARTICLES

• Custom made items and special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. These items are specially made for you and cannot be returned.

• We process all orders strictly to buyers selected size and colors. We will not be able to provide refund or exchange in this particular case. Size charts are available with detailed information for measuring your size on our website. If you have any question regarding size, please send us an email at “kfrtraders@gmail.com ”

HOW TO RETURN

• Firstly in order to get an approval for return, you can simply send us an email at "kfrtraders@gmail.com ”.

• Mention your name, order number and email address which you used for placing the order. Our sales representative will get back to you within 48 working hours to serve you in best possible way.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

REFUND

• Refunds will be processed within approximately 10 to 15 business days after we receive your return.

• Refund will be made to your original payment method.

QUALITY

1) Leather Good quality means neat, sturdy stitching, strong; durable hardware and ease in the feel of leather ensure the jacket is good quality. The quality of the leather depends on animals and how they are raised.

2) Stitching Stitching is the main factor when it comes to the looks of leather jackets. We are highly concerned about the stitching because we want to give our best product to our customers.

3) Linings Jackets that are cheaper have low quality synthetic linings in their garments. Synthetic linings are usually cheaper and tear down easily. We use Cotton and Polyester Lining in making our leather jackets
